2022 -2023 House Season Registration

Welcome to the 2022-23 MYHA Registration System!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa,  MasterCard, Discover or bank account information available.


SCHEDULES AND GROUP ASSIGNMENTS

Please keep your receipt at the end of this registration. It contains your Group Assignments for the September sessions.

FEES

Fees are listed in the Fall Registration Booklet on myha.org. 

 

Payments  for Instructional, the 6U-18U programs and the Girls Bronze Program may be made by credit card or bank debit. For payments by check, the registration must complete by Sep 7 and the check received by Sep 9, 2022.. 

 

 Registration and payment for the Instructional Program that starts in October can be made through the end of September.

Payment Options

PAY ONLINE - IN FULL:  Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.

 

PAY ONLINE  - PAYMENT PLAN: 

Registrations made in June and July: Fees are divided into 3 installments with the first installment (1/3) to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.  The 2nd installment will be charged to the SAME ACCOUNT on August 15 and the remaining balance will be automatically charged/debited  on October 15.   At checkout, be sure to click the window under Payment Options Heading, and change to Scheduled Payments

 

Registrations made beginning August 1: Fees are divided into 2 installments with the first installment (1/2) to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account.  The 2nd installment will be charged to the SAME ACCOUNT on October 15.   At checkout, be sure to click the window under Payment Options Heading and select Scheduled Payments. 

 

Processing Fee: The  credit card/debit card/bank account processing fee will be charged on the full season fee on the initial payment only: no fees will be charged on subsequent  payments.

For payment plan by credit card, if you wish to use a different account to pay the the next installment, please log in to your Sport Ngin account BEFORE the payment date to update your account information.

 

PAY OFFLINE  - AVAILABLE ONLY FOR REGISTRATIONS THROUGH SEP 3: 

To pay by check, please complete the registration in full and when you get to the Shopping Cart page, under the Payment Options heading, select Offline Payment

If registering July 1 - September 1 and paying "offline": check(s), initial payment and post-dated check(s), payable to MYHA must be received by September 9, 2022, to start the program.

Checks to Rink Instructions: Checks, in an envelope marked Pam Weiss, may be taken to the Rockville Rink but must be received by Sep 9. Registration but failure to remit payment does not constitute full registration and  we can cancel your registration. Players will not be allowed on the ice if payment has not been received.
